We understand that CrossFit may not be for everybody. That’s why we offer our free taster session in order to give you the chance to get a feel for what CrossFit is all about, in a safe and exciting environment – without any commitment whatsoever.
We will guide you through the fundamental movements and the types of exercises that are involved, to allow you to make an informed decision about whether it’s for you.
