CrossFit Foundation Course

Based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, CrossFit Digbeth provides functional training for people of all levels of fitness and ability.
We offer a comprehensive Foundation Course which teaches the basics of weightlifting, bodyweight strength, gymnastic movements and cardio-style training.
CrossFit Foundation Course (Prerequisite to all new CrossFitters)
– 2 hour course covering the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit
– 2 hour lessons teaching the basics of weightlifting

The CrossFit foundations course runs over a Sat & Sun once a month, for 2 hours each day. Available dates are:
