We’re close to reopening now and wanted to update you on the new procedures in place, in response to COVID-19.

New Procedures Class Timetable


New procedures

Upon arrival to the box:

  1. If you are driving, beep your horn so a coach can open the barrier to the car park for you
  2. You will need to be outside the building 5 min before the session starts, you will not be allowed to enter the building until advised
  3. Please queue outside the doors in the carpark on the designated lines

Upon Entry to the box:

  1. Sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided
  2. A coach will direct you to a designated space for the session

At the end of your session:

  1. Clean down all the equipment you have used with the products provided
  2. Please exit the gym via the doors in the reception area, hand sanitiser will be available
  3. Please do not leave anything behind as you will not be allowed back into the gym

Things to note:

  1. Arrive ready to start the session, as changing rooms/showers will be closed
  2. If you arrive more than 5 mins after the session has started, you will be refused entry
  3. The toilet will be in use, please wash your hands and spray the toilet/sink after with the disinfectant spray provided
  4. The water fountain will not be in use, you may purchase drinks in the gym, alternatively bring your own
  5. Communal chalk will not be available for use. Will we have chalk blocks available for purchase at £3 each. Please bring a container to store your chalk (liquid chalk cannot be used)


Please make sure you maintain social distancing at all times whilst on the premises. You must vacate the gym straight after your session has finished.


Opening hours & Class Timetable

You will need to book onto every session including ‘open gym’ and you may only attend once per day.

We will be opening the doors for the first time on Saturday 25th July.
There will be 3 open gym sessions running on both Saturday and Sunday at:

09:00 – 10:30
10:30 – 12:00
12:00 – 13:00

Each session will be limited to 8 people and you may only attend one of the two days to allow everyone a chance to access the gym.

Each session will be limited to 6 people and will be 60 mins long, including a 10 min period to clean down equipment and change over for the next session.

Please note: There will be no CrossFit sessions on Thursday’s at 17:30 & 18:30, to allow the Weightlifting classes to take place.

Please Note:

  • We will be closed between 11:00 – 12:00 & 15:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday and closed all day Sunday
  • You will only be able to make bookings of up to 3 days in advance
  • Can we please ask that if you are unable to attend a session you unbook within plenty of time to allow someone else to attend
  • If you fail to attend a session or you are late to a session on more than 3 occasions in a 2 week period, we may refuse attendance to the gym for a period of up to 3 days after the last offence
