What We Do
Here at CrossFit Digbeth we focus on training the body to move the way it is meant to, through Functional Movements used in everyday life.
We do this by combining the best movements from, Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Running, Rowing and Gymnastics, to provide you with the best strength & conditioning program available
In the gym, you will find various equipment such as Pull-up Bars, Olympic Barbells and Plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Gymnastic Rings and much more CrossFit equipment.
We also have shower facilities, lockers, on site car parking and a nutrition bar with a chill out area, accessible to all of our members.
